  • A monthly calendar of events and class listing -- this calendar will usually arrive on the 15th, covering events for the following month (including announcements of event for the Society of Conscious Service and Carol Steinel's private session work)

  • The monthly "LightSpeed!" newsletter, which includes teachings, quotes, and exercises suggested during the previous month's teachings.  This newsletter will arrive on the 1st of the month.

  • Updates if there are changes in class locations/dates
