am currently offering new services beyond my usual personal reading work. Some are at the
request of my clients, others are things that I want to offer in order
assist folks with challenges that I have recently noticed as very common among
my clients.

Readings - $30 for 15 minutes (not recorded): [top]
These
are 15-minute readings (by telephone only, no audio tape
provided) which you can either schedule using my online scheduler,
or simply make an unscheduled call for. If I'm available at the time
you call, we can proceed with your reading.
This
format is intended only for answers to one or two short questions.
Depending on what you are seeking guidance about, you may speak with me,
Carruch, or both of us.
Many
of my clients have told me that they sometimes want a quick
"psychic check-in" about a situation or challenge they are
facing, but they may not have a need for a full-length session.
I'm trying out this format to see how it works.
How
to prepare for and get a "Quickie" Reading:
1.
Get centered and formulate your question as clearly as you can. (Writing
it out may help.) This will help us make the best use of our
time together.
2.
Check
in with your own guidance first!
3.
If, after steps 1 & 2, you still feel the need for assistance from me/Carruch, you may
either:
-
Go
to my Online Scheduler and schedule a time, using the
"15-Minute Quick Reading" service. Then, call at
your scheduled time (please note: all scheduled times are PST, and the scheduler
only allows booking 48 hours in advance). If you
book a 15-minute Quickie through my scheduler, I will be
waiting for your call at the scheduled time.
OR
-
Call
me at (360) 385-1073 any day between 10 am and 5 pm
Pacific Time without scheduling beforehand. Do
not call before 10 am or after 5 pm PST for a
Quickie reading! If I'm available and ready for
reading work when you call, I'll pick up, and we can proceed
with a 15-minute reading right then. Please understand
that, if I am not available at the time you call, I will not be
calling you back. You will need to call again at another
time. If you want to be certain of a time for a 15-minute
reading, please use the Online
Scheduler.

THINGS
TO REMEMBER:
These
readings are not tape-recorded. Be sure to have a pen and paper
handy for taking notes.
There
is no Karma Club discount for this type of reading.
These
readings are designed for a quick check-in only on one or two clear
questions -- please do not call with a question like:
"Why is there suffering?" ;). The reading will end after
15 minutes. If you need more time, you will need to schedule for a
full-length reading.
GUIDANCE
PACKAGES -- Let's Get ON with it!

These
are comprehensive personal guidance packages, usually consisting of a
series of sessions (see details for each package below), with assignments and exercises for you to do between
the sessions -- all are designed to really "move you
through" an issue or get moving on a path that you feel stuck or
stagnated in.
Guidance
Packages are paid out front, and usually have some preparation work for
you to do before we begin with your sessions.
The
whole point of these packages is to assist you to get on with it, so I
usually require that you take no more than 90 days between your first
session and your final session in the package. This will, I
believe, be helpful in terms of commitment and motivation as you move
through the process. In some cases, I will negotiate adjustments
to this timeline (as some people's circumstances may require a longer
assimilation period).

This
package is designed for those who are dealing with a health issue, whether large and disabling, or small and
annoying, acute, chronic, or persistent. I believe that the body is a metaphor of the soul, and
that "dis-ease" in the body can be traced to specific
metaphoric challenges at the spiritual and relational level.
Often, with persistent dis-ease, no matter what you do physically, the
symptoms seem to hang on, and understanding what is really at the root
of the problem can assist you in returning to full health.
How
it Works:
When
you undertake a UMD package, I will first send you the Powerful
Mind/Body Talk (by MP3 or CD, as you prefer). Before we begin the
3 sessions, I require that you listen to this talk in its entirety, as
it contains the key concepts upon which work under this package is
based. I also strongly recommend that you either purchase
the "Cosmic Law" recordings (or listen
to them for free online), as my work is founded upon these
principles, and understanding them will usually be of great assistance
to you in comprehending my approach to health challenges.
After
you have listened to the Powerful Mind/Body Talk,
you may schedule your first session with me.
Session
1 -- Setting the Goal, Understanding the Metaphor
In
this session, we will:
-
Identify
your desired ultimate outcome through the work we will do together
under the package
-
You
will receive channeled information about the particular metaphoric
implications of your various symptoms and any medical diagnoses
that you have received
-
You
will receive personalized "homework" to complete before
you schedule your second session.
Session
2 -- Noticing and Seeing What is So
In
this session, we will:
-
Work
together to identify what aspects of your "dis-ease" are
affected by your attitudes, environments, and
interactions.
-
You
will receive channeled information and insights which may help you
see what has been invisible to you in the past.
-
You
will be given individual exercises and homework that will help you
to become more aware of the subtle beginnings of an episode or
symptom onset, so that you can begin to see which internal and
external activities,
interactions, and environments tend to give rise to
these.
Session
3 -- Creating the Plan
In
this session, we will:
-
Summarize
the newfound understandings of what your body is trying to
"tell you" through the mechanism of dis-ease,
-
Work
together to create a comprehensive life plan which includes tools,
strategies, and next steps for listening and honoring your body's
messages, so that it
does not need to get your attention by continuing to manifest dis-ease.
Things
to Remember:
When
you purchase your package, I will send you an energetic clearing
invocation which you will read aloud prior to calling for your
scheduled sessions. This assures that while we interact during
the session time, your energy field will be clear of any possible
interfering influences.
Some
of your "homework" will be writing about your observations
and realizations during the process. I will ask that you forward
these "assignments" to me via email or postal mail prior to
your next scheduled session, so that I can review them in advance.
This will help us to make efficient use of our session times.
The
homework that you do between sessions is a very important and integral
part of this process. If you don't do the homework, you will
probably not get the results that you want.
Depending
on the individualized work you need in the course of this package, you
may speak with me, Carruch, or both of us, as needed. This will
be determined by your individual needs in the process, the levels and
types of situations which need to be addressed, etc..
In
order to help you move along on this process actively, I usually require that
we complete all three sessions within 90 days of the first session.
The
work in this package is not medical advice. While you are
working with me under a UMD Package, I strongly recommend that you continue
taking your prescribed medications and consulting with your physician
or other treating practitioner as usual. This work is meant to
be an adjunct and support to your existing activities in pursuing your
own health. It is not a replacement for qualified medical care.

incarnated on this planet at this time. Many of my clients have
a driving sense of internal purpose, but often have difficulty clearly
identifying the "what" of what they came to

package, I will forward you a clearing and circle casting which I
require that you read aloud before phoning or arriving for your
sessions.

these sessions, we will:

what you already know about your "calling" in life.

will receive channeled information about what Carruch and I see
about your soul-path and purpose in this lifetime.

will explore the concepts of essence and qualities, and how they
can point you toward your soul-path.

you really came to do.

Soul
Path sessions differ from general readings in some ways -- although
you may speak with Carruch and we may access some past- and
current-lifetime information to assist you in the process, the
sessions are, in general, more structured and focused. The
primary goal is to get you moving on your soul-path.
Between
sessions, you may email me for insight and support if you get
"stuck" during the homework process. I ask that before you email
me for additional support, you first sit with yourself to clarify
your questions and allow your own guides an opportunity to speak to
you.
When

One-on-One
or Small Group Mentoring with Carol Steinel [top]
In-Person
Only (I am considering some online possibilties)
Areas
in which one-on-one mentoring may be useful:
This
format enables individuals and small groups (1 to 5 individuals) to
get
classwork or personal mentoring when classes are not available in
their area, or are not currently scheduled. For example:
Let's say you really want to take the Channeling Class, but it isn't
scheduled -- through individual/small-group mentoring, you can
select the material that you want to learn (some material may
require Psychic Hygiene as a pre-requisite).
Individual/small
group mentoring can also be helpful for people who have difficulties
with sitting in large groups because of concerns such as
chemical-sensitivity, anxiety, or energetic overload. If you
would like to assemble a hand-picked group of 5 or fewer people with
which to study a certain topic, small group mentoring may be perfect
for you.
Private
mentoring is offered at a rate of $120/hour for either one or 2
people. Each additional person in a small group is $50/hour,
up to a maximum of 5 people. If you would like to schedule
classwork with more than 5 people, it is best to contact us and
contract with us for a small private group workshop.
